To Solve Android Studio Emulator: cannot add library vulkan-1.dll: failed just recreate emulator with following setting. Just click on AVD manager. Click on Create Virtual Device. After that select device that you want to use as virtual device. Then Just select android version below android 10 Now on Verify Configuration Screen you can see there is Emulated Performance Option. Select Graphic as Software – GLES 2.0. Boom, Now you can use your emulator without any error.

Solution 1 : For android version below Android 10
If you are using android version below android 10 then just recreate emulator with following setting.
- Just click on AVD manager.
- Click on Create Virtual Device.
- After that select device that you want to use as virtual device.
- Then Just select android version below android 10
- Now on Verify Configuration Screen you can see there is Emulated Performance Option.
- Select Graphic as Software – GLES 2.0.
- Boom, Now you can use your emulator without any error.
